Andreas is accountable for the alignment of the Asia Pacific region strategy with the Medical Devices Supply Chain strategy. As the primary supply chain liaison with regional commercial leadership, he ensures achievement of shared goals and objectives and coordinates cross‐functional resources to drive customer focus, improve execution, and support strategic business priorities. This includes managing the regional Sales & Operations Planning process for MD.


Andreas has held roles of increasing responsibility since joining Johnson & Johnson in 2003. Previously, he led the Supply Chain Gross Profit Improvement Program for the Surgical Vision business as part of the integration of Abbott Medial Optics. Before that he was responsible for the Global Manufacturing Organization of the Diabetes Care businesses. Andreas has experience in process excellence, new product introduction project management and plant management, as well as supply chain related activities as part of a global quality remediation program.


Andreas began his career as a consultant focused on Supply Chain optimization and logistics management. Andreas holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Germany. Andreas grew up in Germany, has lived in Italy and Switzerland and currently resides in Singapore with his wife and their two children.
